Call for Proposals – NJAEYC 2025 Annual State Conference

NJAEYC is excited to announce our 2025 Annual State Conference, and we invite you to share your expertise by submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to present! This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with fellow early childhood professionals and contribute to the future of early childhood education. The theme of this year’s conference is: “80 Years of Nurturing Tomorrow: Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future”.

A resume submission is required and must be emailed to mail@njaeyc.org.
Selection Process:
The NJAEYC Conference Committee will review and approve conference presentations. All primary presenters will be notified of their selection status by June 15, 2025. Selected presenters will receive a confirmation letter outlining their responsibilities. Signing and returning this letter to NJAEYC confirms your acceptance and commitment to present at the 2025 conference.
We welcome proposals that inspire, educate, and support the professional growth of early childhood educators.
